Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from certain correspondence from us such as Privacy Statement update notifications

We require our service providers to comply with our privacy policies and to protect your information in substantially the same way we protect it. We may also share your information if required by applicable law (for example, if we receive a subpoena).

Teacher2Teacher.education may include links allowing you to access third party sites. The Foundation is not responsible for the content that appears on these sites and does not endorse these sites. When you choose to use the link to go to a third party site, you leave the Teacher2Teacher.education Site, and this Privacy Statement no longer applies to the information you share or that is obtained about you by the third party site. Please consult those sites’ individual privacy policies in order to determine how they treat your information.
Continuity of Operations
If the Foundation were to transfer assets or operations in connection with a merger, sale, or other transaction, we might transfer your personal information to the acquiring or merging entity. In that event, we would use good faith efforts to require that your personal information remain subject to the same restrictions as in this Privacy Statement. We will send a notice to your email address and/or temporarily place a prominent notice on the site regarding the pending transaction.
